Empower Your People!

Recently I had an issue with a service provider with whom I’ve been doing business with exclusively for 17 years.  Yes, seventeen!

                    Empower Your People!

Needless to say, I’d be considered a loyal customer by anyone’s definition.
I had a problem with the services this company provides—in fact, they were unable to provide the services I pay for—month in and month out to the tune of almost $150 per month. I was told they could solve my problem on July 1—eleven days from the time I initially found the problem. ELEVEN days.

The Greatest Salesman In The World-A Classic Read

Last week I downloaded Og Mandino’s The Greatest Salesman In The World and re-read it for the first time in years. What a great story. The parable that Mandino weaves with his life lessons on sales is still just as captivating and inspiring as when I first read it early in my sales career.
What are you reading?

Why Your Business Will Fail

I’ve got some news for you and this may or may not come as a surprise, but your business will fail not because you’re not good at what you do. More than likely the reason why your business will fail is because you’re not good at sales and marketing.
